The pork chop and the gulf shrimp were incredible. Service was great. We appreciated how much quieter it was on the second floor. Loved that the chef came around to check on how everyone was enjoying their plates. We will definitely revisit Cappy's!

The service was superb, from the bartender at the bar (we were a bit early) and our knowledgeable, attentive and pleasant server; we loved her sense of humor. This is our fourth dining experience at Cappy's and you don't disappoint-will continue to return.

Everything was top quality and our server Justin was very kind. It was our first time dining here and they took care of our desserts as courtesy. My husband and I had the lobster thermidor, it was complimented with grilled asparagus and a lobster potato mash. The sticky toffee pudding tasted heavenly, the mixture of saltiness from the toffee and sweet/creamy with the blue bell vanilla ice cream was such a perfect balance. The crème brûlée was creamy but not too sweet. If you have a chance to go to this place you should, I know I'll be coming back. Amazing food and amazing service :)

I know I know... you're asking yourself why. We had a party of 5. We're seated in about 25 minutes (had reservation) so no problem. But when we got our food (an hour later) my porterhouse was cooling and dry (ordered medium/ well) my potato wheels(?) Were just barely done...there was a faint, hard undercooked taste and texture that was very disappointing and the long carrot s (3) were a wilted sad display that was rubbery and tasted terrible. I could eat more that 3 bites of my entire (very expensive) meal. And don't get me stated on their Mac and cheese!! What is heaven's name was that?? Jeez. It was a flour mess...not much cheese...heavy on the flour. The ONLY thing that I'd ever eat/order (to go) again would be the sticky toffee pudding. People please stop rewarding pretentious dining experiences that offer blan, poorly prepared food, with your time and money. I just moved here and this place came highly recommended and I was sorely disappointed. Never again. (And for those who are curious... our bill was 256.68 (3 people on our bill) no alcohol, not including the 65.oo tip for our server.
