I have to say this is out second time come to Caracheo's and like this first time this little spot hits is out of the park. I will say the service was fine but the tacos were really really good next level good the tortillas are a little on the fat side but that's ok they are soft and flavorful. Their Carne guisada is probably the best in San Antonio. I will be back to this spot.

This is a staple for my family and I. We go frequently and get a variety of plates. Their chips and salsa are fresh and unlimited. You can't go wrong with their combination plates (however they will stick the crispy taco/chalupa near sauce and it will most likely be soggy, fair warning). Their barbacoa has good flavor, and their plate is enough to share between 1 and a half, maybe 2 people. Not to mention, we've gone in with a party of 8 and the food always comes out fresh and quick. Pick whatever you want off the menu, and you won't be disappointed.

Oh this place was amazing! They Definitely know their cuisine, fresh, hot food. Gorditas we're crunchy and soft, carne guisada was tender, no fat. Lemonade wasn't too sweet or sour or strong. Everything came out quick, we left with both plates empty and a full stomach!

Love this spot! Always comes in clutch with value, portions, flavor, and service. I usually come on Sunday mornings and grab a small table to myself or with the kids. There are a lot of great little family owned hole in the wall restaurants in San Antonio and this is definitely one of the best I've been to! The food was amazing and the service was... welll.. like family! I had thr chicken empanada plate and was in heaven!

This don't deserve one star It doesn't let me take away that one star but I had a really bad experience here The beans were water and I asked them for a different taco and they gave me the same taco with more liquid beans on top And I ordered a carne guisada too and it was only two pieces of meat in there with sauce And that taco is like four something! Stay away from this place if you like beans and tacos that don't leak out from the sides when you bite it once!
