As someone not from the area, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I sent my partner out to grab us some food from this incredible food truck. But y’all, let me tell you—this place blew us away!
First off, the owners are the friendliest folks you’ll meet. My partner had the pleasure of chatting with the owner’s wife, and she made him feel right at home. It’s rare to find a place where you not only enjoy great food but feel like you’re eating with family. She was patient while he figured out what to order, and even had him laughing the whole time. That Southern hospitality mixed with island charm is something special.
Now, about the food—this is hands down the best Virgin Island food my partner’s ever had, and he doesn’t say that lightly. The flavors were authentic and absolutely delicious. You can taste the love and care that goes into every dish. If you’re craving something new but still want that soul-satisfying comfort, this food truck is the place to go.
We’ll definitely be coming back every time we’re in San Antonio. If you’re looking for real deal Virgin Island flavors with that Southern touch of kindness, this is the spot. You won’t regret it!

I LOVE to support local businesses and was blown away by both the food and the service. The curry chicken was hands down the best I've ever had – perfectly seasoned, falling off the bone and was incredibly tender and juicy. Each bite was packed with flavor that transported me straight to the Caribbean. I got multiple orders.
The customer service was equally impressive. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal. They took the time to explain the menu and made me feel right at home.
Caribbean Delight delivered an unforgettable experience and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be returning soon! RUN don’t walk to this place because food sells out quickly.

First of all, you will have enough to feed the whole family. The plates are full and if you get more than one plate GET HELP. Plenty of food to produce muscle failure to say the least. I loved it. First time stopping by and it won’t be my last. I ordered two plates and without being greedy, I shared with my family with leftovers for a nightly snack.
As someone else said, don’t walk RUUUUUUUUUN and give them a try. Oh and don’t skip out on the drinks

We just found our new favorite spot for Caribbean cuisine. If you are looking for fresh, flavorful, plentiful plates, you MUST go here. On top of all of that, the customer service is above and beyond. The owner is so friendly, and passionate about the service and products provided. She offered us samples of the drinks with no expectation for us to buy them, but it was impossible to pass up! Yum! The drinks are just as fresh and tasty as the food. Perfect on a hot summer day. We ended up getting two. Overall, the quantity, and quality are worth it. We will definitely be back! (Side note: I meant to take pics but everything smelled so good we started eating before I could take them. The pics posted by others caught our attention so trust me when I say the plates you get will be exactly as pictured.)
