I was really expecting something good. Everything was dry. It takes talent to make a dry soaked cake, but my husband’s tiramisu was dry, as was my cupcake. The top felt like a piece of cornbread.

Yummy lil sweet treats! If you love dark chocolate, get the dark chocolate mousse! It's so decadent. The strawberry short cake is amazing and the danishes are huge.

I got a black and white cake here. Spending over 30 dollars on it. Needless to say it was pretty inedible. The the white frosting is icing and tasted pretty terrible. The only good thing about the cake was the actual cake. It was at least moist.

Purchased a cake for my sons 46 Birthday was chocolate vanila flavor. Was the worse cake ever, was so dry not ate-able.. was so imbarrance with serving this cake My sister told me not to get it! But it looked so pretty. Never again!! You think Cake Boss would be good!! Don’t wast time and money that trash!!

Quality pastries at its best without having to go Jersey!
We got coffee, cake, cookies, cannolis... Along with other pastries and everything was amazing, what surprised us is that within my group we had a pâtissier and he explained us the recipes that are made from scratch onsite... We had to walk in for more coffee!
If y'all don't wanna go to Jersey to get good quality pastries, go to La Cantera in San Antonio!
BTW, the service here is awesome!

The Cannoli's were the best I've ever Eaten in my life recommend get a few they are that good friendly staff great service wish they had bigger sizes in shirts i would have got one!

First time at a Carlo’s Bake Shop. Purchased a number of different items to try. The cannolis, apple pastry, chocolate layer cake and lobster tail were our favorites. We would get any of these items again. The strawberry short cake and carrot cake were on the dry side. The strawberries were not fresh. The cakes were all pre-sliced and packaged. Not sure if a whole cake would taste differently.
