The waiter was not welcoming, not even nice or smiling. She didn’t brought bread to the table (like the other customers) until I asked her for it. She asked if we wanted more drinks instead of just bringing it without asking, she left the empty plates on the table for too long taking or space for the main dishes. I ordered a pepperoni calzone and what I got was 99% cheese & 1% pepperoni. The atmosphere was relatively good, but the music was too loud to really make me feel calm while eating. Overall it was a negative experience, admitting I went there because a family member told me about their good experience when they were under the previous management (Romes).

We got there and we were seated. We ordered calamari, the calamari was over cooked, tough and chewy. Horrible. Then we had to ask for bread. She finally brought it to us and brought 3 period. The bread was good but cold. Warm bread would of been nice. Then when my lasagna got to me no bread again. My son asked again for bread she brought 2 pieces. Service was horrible. My lasagna was decent. My wife and son both ordered pepperoni canzone. My wife's was loaded with pepperoni My son's 1piece of pepperoni. They both gave a 6 for there food I give a 7 for my lasagna. Our overall experience was horrible. We will never return to this place or recommend

Food is freshly prepared. You can taste the difference. Classic dishes. Service is great, servers are attentive. Atmosphere is basic but most importantly the restaurant is clean.

We eat at casa pasta #1 located on bandera rd when we found out there was one closer to us we tried it but it did not taste the same from the bread to the meal it was disappointing. There was a big difference. We are pleased with the one on bandera .

Food was too plain for me. My wife had the trio and I got the sampler. The flavor was missing something.

Ugh! I can't express how cute but still laid back this restaurant is. But I'll try!! When you walk in the vibe is already set with the beautiful opera music playing. The wait staff is amazing. Each waitress was so polite and courteous with the tables they were attending. So whether you're bringing a big group, going on a date night or popping in for a solo meal; you're in great hands! The oil dip is a MUST with their fresh bread, I do wish it would of been an artisan loaf instead of a roll, that would have really set it off! Ordered the trio and added grilled chicken to my pasta. The lasagna was great, the chicken Parm was delicious and the Alfredo was perfect! Only got a few bites of the Alfredo because by then I was STUFFED like a thanksgiving turkey. Took a house made tiramisu home for a midnight snack too. Definitely worth the traffic on potranco!

As a first timer, I will admit I had high expectations.
This location definitely bet my expectations and more.
The bread was so warm and fresh.
The chicken and Alfredo were so creamy and delicious.
I am coming back to try the other dishes!

I got calamari it was ok. The wings were good. Lasagna was not good. Way too much cheese and texture mushy just too much sauce. Also ordered shrimp Alfredo little sister barely touched it and ate later we got sick from it. We ordered shrimp tortellini that was very good and bread was good as well. Salad was a no just ice burg lettuce. I probably won’t visit again but the service was amazing great staff.

Small, yet lovely place with great food and great service. I've had the lasagna both times I visited and it did not disappoint. Reasonably priced as well.

I have been wanting good pasta for a while and this place was recommended to me. The Alfredo is creamy and buttery, very good! The service was excellent. The waiter was attentive and made sure we had plenty to drink and bread for our salad and pasta. The food came out fast.
