The birria is so RICH with flavors that the meat falls right off the bone. I've also tried her pozole, amazing, and the asada tacos. I love the fresh tortillas everytime. come for the Tamarindo agua Fresca. YUMMMM.

Wow! Had some of the most delicious tacos I’ve ever had here. The patio is so cute and we were amazed by the food. Highly recommend the cochinita pibil, which we’d never tried before. We are not Mexican or experts in Mexican food but the menu felt very new and exciting compared to what most places serve. The fresh tamarind drink was also delicious. I will note that it is very difficult to find free parking, although there is a paid parking lot right next door.

First time I have been here at Cascabel was in 2008. The food is excellent, tasty, but the portions on each plate are not very large and it is a bit expensive.
It's hard to get a spot where to park your vehicle.
They remodeled the place, looks good.
