Their quesabirria is the REAL DEAL — hands down the BEST I’ve had in all of San Antonio, I’m a huge foodie so I don’t make that claim lightly. The meat is flavorful, the cheese is perfectly melted, and the crispy tortilla holds it all together like a dream. And the consommé… listen, don’t judge me, but it’s good enough to DRINK. Seriously. I would order a cup of it on its own and sip it proudly.
No complaints whatsoever. This is my new birria spot, no question about it. Cathy’s Tacos, y’all have a new regular! 🙌🌮💯

I didn't go to the location but ordered on Uber eats so I wasnt expecting it to be that good but Omg! The birria tacos w consome had great flavor and the habanero sauce was spicy 🔥 Loved it. Will be checking this place out in person next time!

Delicious! Paid $42 for a carnitas burrito and a 4 birria tacos with consume and two Mexican cokes. The carnitas were tender, STUFFED in my burrito and flavorful, the birria tacos are by far the best we have had in San Antonio. 10/10 WILL definitely be coming again.

First time coming here, saw the reviews & had to give it a try & I have no regrets! Got the birria & asada mini tacos which both were great. The side of Spanish rice was a great addition & also tasted wonderful.

Caty’s has some of the best birria in the entire city! Well seasoned meat, the perfect amount of cheese, and WAY less grease than a lot of these other places. The hot sauces are amazing, and as someone with a high spice tolerance, a little goes a long way. I recommend ordering earlier in the day!
