Had an amazing experience at CAVA thanks to Mia and Juliette. They were super welcoming and genuinely helpful, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. They were both so helpful when it came to choosing what to order, taking the time to explain options and offer suggestions with such a positive attitude. Their kindness and energy truly made my visit memorable.

first time trying cava and i loved it! not only was the food service good but mia and juliettes customer service was so helpful and friendly, it made the whole experience great. i recommend for everyone to try, they’re the reason ill be going back more often!

I went into cava this afternoon to get myself something to eat, not only was the food great but the service was just as amazing. I believe the people who helped me were named Mia and Juliette. I was especially suprised by their amazing compunction skills and great work ethic. I would definitely recommend for people to try!

I had a great experience at CAVA recently, and I just had to give a shoutout to my server, Juliette. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She walked me through the menu with genuine enthusiasm and helped me build a delicious bowl that hit every craving I had.

Juliette’s customer service was top-notch — friendly without being pushy, quick with suggestions, and super patient while I made my choices. She even checked in afterward to make sure everything was to my liking, which I really appreciated.

Juliette was absolutely phenomenal and need a raise and promotion. absolutely top shelf talent and can’t be replaced.

We had a very friendly service from Keenan, who helped us with our food. We were so impressed that we decided to return to that specific location during our travels in San Antonio.
