CAVA in Alamo Heights is a great spot for fresh and healthy food! The customer service here really stood out—Maximus and Jaida were so friendly and attentive. Maximus took the time to explain all the options and made sure we were happy with our choices, while Jaida, the manager, was warm and professional.
The food was fresh and delicious! We really enjoyed the grilled chicken, juicy steak, and crispy falafel—each one was full of flavor. The Supergreens and lentils make for excellent base options, and it’s such a bonus that you can try more than one dressing (the lemon herb tahini and yogurt dill are must-haves!).
The fresh juices were also a highlight—not too sweet, just perfectly refreshing. On top of that, the restaurant was clean and inviting, which made the meal even better.
CAVA is the perfect choice if you’re craving something healthy, customizable, and flavorful. We’ll definitely be coming back for more! 😊

CAVA in Alamo Heights is fantastic! The customer service is top-notch—Maximus and Jaida really stood out during our visit. Maximus was super friendly and helpful, walking us through the menu options and making sure we had everything we needed. Jaida, the manager, was equally great—very professional and welcoming.
The food is fresh, flavorful, and healthy. We loved the grilled chicken, succulent steak, and crispy falafel—all perfectly cooked and seasoned. The Supergreens and lentils are great base options, and it’s awesome that you can mix and match more than one dressing to customize your meal (the lemon herb tahini and yogurt dill are my favorites!).

Talking to someone behind a small counter window and then ordering via website when I was standing there in person felt heartless and demoralizing, I never went back. Anyway, this place is a million vibes better. Got my food super quick ordered the super greens bowl it was sooo good! Will come back.

The website was a bit of a struggle, but I figured it out. You have to scroll to find build your own. The food was hot, fresh, and extremely delicious. I was greeted when I walked in the door. The employees were super polite and sweet. I arrived a little early, but they had my food out quickly. The only complaint and I know for next time. The blondie is NOT worth $2.50. It is so small and too sweet. Next time I want to try the drinks, they sounded delicious.
