Food is amazing ... service is abysmal. Staff hangs out in the back kitchen instead of helping the guests. Very disappointing.

We've dined in and ordered to-go from this location a few times. Each time was quick and the food was prepared as requested. I like that you can build your own bowl! My favorite combination so far is a bowl with half spinach and half romaine as the base, traditional hummus, tzatziki, and roasted eggplant dip, grilled chicken, roasted corn, persian cucumbers, and balsamic date vinaigrette. I also like getting an order of pita chips and getting some garlic sauce to dip them in. They are seriously addictive! My husband's favorite bowl is half splendid greens, half basmatic rice, red pepper and traditional hummus, grilled chicken, roasted vegetables (double protein), cabbage, olives, romaine lettuce, and hot harissa vinaigrette and lemon herb tahini sauce on top. Check it out for a delicious, fresh, and customizable experience!

Clean Atmosphere. Food tastes fresh, not stale unlike some other locations. Line servers were a little moody but could have been because of the rush. General manager was super friendly, caring and wanted to make sure our experience/food was top notch.Kid-friendliness: Having a 2 year old, eating inside can be hard, but the GM definitely made it comfortable for our two year old to have fun and be himself within reason.

The food is always so good! But their employees always seem disgruntled, one was even complaining about how busy it was saying loudly to her coworker she was going to look for another job. Make sure you hire people who know, this location STAYS busy. Or maybe give the employees a raise? I don’t know what the answer is.

It's delicious! I had a make your own bowl and everything tasted perfect. Being here on a rainy day is a must! The service is wonderful, super patient and I didn't feel rushed which I'd so nice. I'll definitely bring some friends next time I come.

Emily was unfortunately very rude while making my bowl. She started off friendly, and became quickly inpatient. It was one of few times the restaurant was quite slow too. Food was great, otherwise!

Excellent food, terrible management.They often run out of ingredients and often their credit card machine doesn't work. I usually order the Spicy Chicken Avocado wrap, last time they were out of Avocado and the guy behind the counter waits until my wrap is 80% complete to tell me. It's kinda one of the main ingredients - it's in the title. Good customer service would offer an alternative or something else as a "I'm sorry this happened, please accept *this* as our apology", instead of "yeah that sucks." This also goes back to management not teaching their employees about good customer service. The time before they were out of pita chips and their beverage machines weren't working and neither were the cc machines (online orders only). The time before that their cc machines weren't working. It makes it worse that their app sucks
