I had the best experience with this Cava. I went for lunch a couple of days ago and Heaven went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this location and I will definitely be back.

I went today and it was one of the best hands down dinning experiences I’ve had. One worker in particularly made my experience outstanding Tim one of the line workers made my experience this way. Thank you Cava!!!
Alexandra assisted me this evening. She was kind and patient and remained that way when a line of people started to form during the meal prep. I appreciated the time she took to make sure my order was correct. You can't find many staff like Alexandra these days.

Great food, fresh and fast. The concept is really similar to chipotle but with Mediterranean food. They have a wide variety of specialty sodas and fresh fruit drinks.

I usually have good experiences at this location but today the service was stingy and rude. Tim was very rude and didn’t ask if we wanted a double serving of one of the dips. He just chose to double one up when that was not the dip that I wanted to be doubled up. He also never asked what we wanted, just looked up at us and waited. Dylan was quite stingy and lazy when asked for more pita crisps, instead of getting new ones (the container was empty) he scraped around for crumbs and gave me that. The cashier was sweet though. The food was great, just disappointed with the service today.

Rice is constantly under cooked. They constantly stop cooking hours before close causing there to be very little options left if coming later than 8pm. Workers tend to be blunt, irritated, and unhappy. There’s been times when employees are hanging out with friends instead of working. We love Cava and kept going back hoping it was just a bad night but this location has proven to fail us every time.
