“New-Gen” Cafe captures perfectly what the menu, ingredients and staff are striving for. On our morning walks my wife and I have kept talking about their coffee and the richness of its balanced portions. Food today can throw in Manteca (lard) in pretty much anything and call it good. If you remember Cha-Chas you will be glad to know it has risen from the past (and with a healthy twist) DO NOT write this place off as vegetarian. They are not. They have options for those that are into that, but they have meat items as well. We also learned that there were a few magical tweaks that were in our meal (im not going to mention them but you can ask after your meal and be surprised like us).
