First time coming to this restaurant from I’d was cold margarita was super strong with a bad after taste the only thing good was the flour tortillas and chips lol and customer service was excellent the man at the register was super attentive and good customer service service just feel we paid to much for beef fajitas being super cold the man at register touch the fajitas and he said so sorry it is cold. Food should b served hot the beans look reheated

Went here last night just wanted to stop off and take my family out before we headed back home. HORRIBLE!! Mind you actually liked this place but the only one I went to was the huge one with the the huge playground (which no longer resides) so I found another location regret it. I tried my best not to judge the atmosphere of the place until we went to the patio trash everywhere food left on the Tables that clearly been sitting for a while that was strike 3 already. Hoping the food would be good NOPE cold nasty stale salty and didn’t look appealing like GROSS! I was over it at that point I wanted a refund which they refused it was a $80 bill, the overly heavy set dude said it was too much to refund. $80 really said we had to wait till the morning don’t live in that city he stated to me well drive 3hrs BACK to receive my money when the GM comes in. I left with NO FOOD NO MONEY! currently going through corporate. save your money or if you’re looking for a refund I suggest don’t order anything over that amount Good luck!!

Update: 9/25/25 - we came here for lunch call my wife ordered a caesar salad only to have a half salad delivered to her with no dressing, then when she complained they brought her another half salad with no dressing when she asked about the dressing they said oh we're completely out, servers gave us attitude. After being closed down inside for 4 years you would think things would improve not get worse

The older lady at the window is just straight up incompetent.. Asked for crispy bacon (because who likes to eat raw flimsy bacon) again asked nicely if we could get crispy bacon and she straight up said “Oh well they only let us cook it so much”. Okay hold up, after this I don’t have anything good to say about this place or that particular woman working the window.

Order fajita plate and they give me fajita taco but the meat taste and looks awful 😞 so disappointed,margarita without taste place looks dirty 😞 and the nacho cheese looks like plastic.never go back.

This place has gone absolutely downhill!! Unorganized, service is slow as hell. When food arrived it was cold and the chips were stale.... The manager said it's not possible, they make chips every 10 mins. Ummm, no they were stale!!! He said they are thick and crispy. No!!! They tasted old and stale. I asked for a full refund. I ordered the Huevos Rancheros plate, absolutely, positively disgusting!! I'll never and I mean NEVER RETURN TO THIS CATASTROPHE! THEY DESERVE 0 STARS! F- F-

Margaritas are not the same, a bitter taste. Beef enchiladas had way too much pepper. You could see pepper all over. Carne gisada had fat in it, much less meat in tacos. We will not be going back. Very disappointed. We were so looking forward to going back.
