Poor customer service and very rude they drive thru

When I ordered my taco through the drive-thru, it was served on a tortilla that was extremely thin and burnt. As soon as I began eating, the tortilla tore completely, causing all of the filling to fall out. This made the taco very difficult to eat and negatively impacted the experience. The drive-thru experience was disappointing. The roads around the menu board and the approach to the window are in poor condition, which made the process inconvenient. Additionally, the person taking my order frequently spoke over me and cut me off. Lastly, the price of the taco felt unreasonably high given the simple ingredients, such as potatoes and eggs, which are typically affordable staples. Lesson learned, an almost $3.00 taco and such a worthless experience of time spent!

I use the drive through regularly. I Order from the breakfast, lunch and Nacho choices. The food is always as described, fresh, hot and delicious. Out of the last ten times there , the service has been great nine out of the ten. The cost for the food is comparable or better than most other similar restaurants. The portion sizes are generous.

Had the best margaritas can chicken fajita single layer nachos! We dined inside and the new decor is wonderful. Good times all around!
First time coming to this restaurant from I’d was cold margarita was super strong with a bad after taste the only thing good was the flour tortillas and chips lol and customer service was excellent the man at the register was super attentive and good customer service service just feel we paid to much for beef fajitas being super cold the man at register touch the fajitas and he said so sorry it is cold. Food should b served hot the beans look reheated

Went here last night just wanted to stop off and take my family out before we headed back home. HORRIBLE!! Mind you actually liked this place but the only one I went to was the huge one with the the huge playground (which no longer resides) so I found another location regret it. I tried my best not to judge the atmosphere of the place until we went to the patio trash everywhere food left on the Tables that clearly been sitting for a while that was strike 3 already. Hoping the food would be good NOPE cold nasty stale salty and didn’t look appealing like GROSS! I was over it at that point I wanted a refund which they refused it was a $80 bill, the overly heavy set dude said it was too much to refund. $80 really said we had to wait till the morning don’t live in that city he stated to me well drive 3hrs BACK to receive my money when the GM comes in. I left with NO FOOD NO MONEY! currently going through corporate. save your money or if you’re looking for a refund I suggest don’t order anything over that amount Good luck!!
