We go to this chachos and the girl at the register just had a attitude and was throwing our money and touching our food and just being rude and mean until I finally couldn’t take it anymore I told her step out side I had to say it three more times because she kept talking shit and then she wanted to tell the other employees in the back of the restaurant no come out side and she just kept talking shit why go to a place like this with your family and friends when a restaurant has employees like this and by the way my husband and a customer that was there recorded the incident and gave it to us while we were walking out. Thank you customer

This is not your old Cha Cho’s. Everything has changed but they try to trick you by still advertising their known nachos and margs. Understaffed, low quality food, and a waste of your time. Oh and they admitted that they don’t answer their phone. Do not eat here.

Not but 3 people in this restaurant. Waited almost 30 minutes for 2 tacos. Then was chastised by the Ordering staff. The ladies in the back are busy talking. And a dumb sign on my table . Daffy Duck. This was ridiculous. Do not go to this store if you have the chance for another.

So we order food from here last night . It was my first time going and I was excited. I've been wanting to go here for a couple weeks . Well I went last night and I'll say I'm not happy with the food and the way it was made. The burrito I got wasn't warm at all the cheese wasn't even melted . The same thing with my nachos . The cheese wasn't melted. I'm very disappointed with this place. I spent over $35.00 on some cold food that I couldn't even eat till later because I had to wait to go back to the motel to warm it up. I was here on a business trip.

Food was decent . This location just re opened for dine in . But they are understaffed and need help . The dining room is dirty and they had no chips for salsa and chips and queso . I definitely won’t be returning to this establishment.

What happened to chachos? No music, and a the big sign at the registar saying, food taken to your table... it's a lie. Instead, you have to get up as your order name is yelled like the servers nuts were being squeezed. Their version of entertainment? Moving on. The food, do not know where to start. I thought fajitas were in strips. Now you get $5 taco of meat dust! My burrito was folded in half like a taco, ok let that one slide. After the long wait, we get this? I am divoring chachos. My MONEY and I are out of here!

Went thru the drive thru. Since they just opened up the dining room they haven't been able to figure out how to keep it clean. It's best to not see where the food is being prepared. Otherwise great place

DO NOT DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME!!! Not to mention the 3 leaks dripping over the tables and water rushing into the eating area from outside. SUPER SUPER salty food and the staff get but hurt when you mention you would like something else in its place. The tables are slated, sticky and looks like a establishment one step below a 3rd word county eatery. Food was cold, salted beyond belief and looked very sad. (Taco Cabana looked like a 5 Star place compared to this place) Tea was weak and soda was flat. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME! It has been since Covid since they opened the dinning room….. They should have stayed closed!! Never again !

The food is just not the same I had tacos, there was no flavor and shells gave me a sense of old. The service wasn't bad but just employees going through the numbers. No life in there. The restaurant was clean and did present a good vibe.
