Don’t order here!!!! I order through Uber eat my entire order is wrong and missing and they gave out false advertisement. I’m missing two banana split that was expensive and the volcano looks nothing like the picture!!!!

Their fresas con crema are not it Fresas con crema come with strawberries & a creamy sweetened sauce they literally just throw a bunch of strawberries in a cup with whip cream Disappointed

I was so excited to eat the strawberry cheesecake dream ice cream until I noticed that I got served visually bad strawberries. Very disappointed.

I really wanted this to be a good place and the price wouldn’t have bothered me. $30 for 4 items wasn’t worth it. Cucumber bowl with pickles was hot. The Chamoy was so warm it was runny. Needless to say we wanted cool snacks in this heat. The pickles on the Piccadilly were hot and soggy. Cucumber in the Guazano was soggy. 1 star I guess for the plain Fresada with Gummies, no chamoy, my daughter got.

Decided to order two snacks, mangonada WITH fruit and a Guzano Mango, instead of communicating with me that they’re out of MANGO FRUIT they decided to cancel part of my order even though BOTH items have the same ice cream or Italian ice whatever it’s made of. They said they didn’t receive my order THEN went back on that lie to say they actually just made the adjustment without communicating with me if without the mango would be okay. Disappointed at the lack of communication.

The person serving lied to me and I asked him if they were white corn to know whether to choose something else and he told me yes and it wasn't yellow. I could choose some nachos or anything else.
