Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

These people today I feel like didn't want us there, playing with there phone giving us weird looks waited 15 minutes for an order, they were taking condiment station down as we were ordering, the drink station is blocked with chairs it's 9 pm. No customer service at all wont be coming back! Now I'm starting to think if thy did something to my food! Thoes looks were devious!

1 person on the grill and 2 others doing nothing

Avoid this location if possible. My wife and I waited 30 minutes for two sandwiches when there was literally nobody else waiting for food. One of the employees kept touching her face while wearing the serving gloves and immediately touching food.
The entire place was a mess, with food and trash all over the floors.
Cherry on top is that they messed up our orders completely and gave us the wrong food. The cashier was good, but everyone else was not acceptable.

$17 FOR A SANDWICH IS CRAZY!! If you thought subway was pricy for a SANDWICH, this place came and said, we can do better! And the male staff are rude, the girl with the hand is ok..

My wife and I are here on a date because our son is back @ school! Lol.

Walking around Walmart, you can burn calories. Just when we were going to leave, we could smell the food from Charley's. We saw the restaurant and gave it a try. My wife ordered the Chicken cheese steak and I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak. The food was good. Not bad for fast food. I ordered the small because I'm counting calories ( pfft, yeah right?) and it was the perfect size. The bread had a light crush on the surface and soft in the middle. I guess you can call it Flakey. The flavor of the meat ? tasted good. The fries are thick and not a lot of salt. It was a hit with my wife and I. We both left full. Our date was over. Time for a nap. ??

The manager at this location on April 13 2024 was very rude to an employee. She can be heard by customers. She was yelling at Luis Santos. Christine supposedly was explained but more like scolding the employee. Shame on her for disrespecting the employee pleasure train her

I was interested in eating at this place (first time!) But!!.... After seeing an employee with their pants hanging off their backside an can CLEARLY see his dirty underwear. Also using the SAME hand he used to make food DIGGING in his behind! I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!

Good food and cashier Luis greeted us with a nice smile and was just in a good positive mood. Pricy items but Charley's doesn't hold back on great discounts and coupons. Definitely will be visiting again.
