These guys suck. They only had two people working and they still managed to screw up my order with no one else in the store. Ordered a 6 piece chicken and got a sandwich? How? Totally unattentive and uncaring employees here.

What an exceptional team! The manager, Starr & team member Annette were amazing! Ms. Starr raved about how awesome her team works together to service customers. If you want fast good food, this should be your place of choice. Thanks for making our lunch time enjoyable!!!
Came in 30 minutes ago Store was bit understaff but let me know they would be right with me not even 5 minutes past a old woman walks in behind me and my grandmother and starts yelling when is someone going to take my order we let her know system was down and she said āi donāt have time for this crapā and walked away all snotty Whats ironic is she came back 5 minutes later placing a order Anyways the food was amazing and very delicious the staff are doing their best.

When we went to this Charlieās at the Walmart in Nacogdoches Road the people that had made our subs gave us the wrong ones when we got home thatās when we found out we had the wrong sandwiches and we live very far awaybut the manager there I believe her name was Andrea was so kind to replace the order that was made wrong. She wasnāt there on the day that we originally placed our order, but I reached out to her and she was kind enough like I said to replace the order that was made wrong. She was very professional and very kind. Thank you so much Charles for having such a professional person who provided excellent customer service on your behalf thank you again, Charlieās.

Why have we been going to the major wings chain restaurant when these very nice people made delicious wings?! The staff was so nice and sweet and the wings are well season and cooked to perfection. Will be coming back!
