I love to go to Charleys and haven't gone in a long time I do think I will go back to this location. Terrible service the kid Moses at the counter had ear buds in and couldn't hear me ordering. First of all having ear buds in while at the front of line talking with customers is so rude. And for him to keep asking me to repeat myself because he couldn't hear. Ridiculous. He didn't even ask if I was a rewards member so I can scan my point so that's a loss there. On top of that he never gave me my peach lemonade that I paid for or my husband's drink. By the time we realized we were already home. The guy at the register sounded like he was high or put in slow motion and he talked way too low as well. Terrible. I will not be recommending the place to family and friends I'll be telling them to go elsewhere and to avoid it.

I have gone in a couple of times and the same woman helps me every single time . Erica is one of the fastest and has gone above the standard for customer service . She’s helped with recommendations and has just made my experiences in the store good . There has been times where there was a line of people before me and ms Erica has prioritized their orders due to them being first but she has never failed to make me feel less valued as a paying customer and prioritized my order just like everybody else’s . Great job !

I have never gone to any restaurant that do not let you order until they finish 2 orders in line. The lady is so mean. She did not want to help you. I come in at 8h20, cannot order until 8h40. Since my husband wants me buy the sandwich for him, so i wait. Unless, i have already left.

This establishment has really improved. Employees are very friendly and my order was received fast and accurate. There was a young girl in the front handing out samples, (which were very appetizing) around 7pm today.. not to sound rude but I did notice a strong odor of urine coming from her as I reached to get my sample from her.. that was very uncomfortable ? maybe the GM needs to see if there's anything she can do to help this young girl out or maybe speak to her on her basic hygiene needs. I loved everything else, and the environment was very clean, but I would hate for others to refrain from the restaurant due to employee hygiene. I would love to be a returning customer but maybe y'all should get this under control first. If the GM would like to contact me directly, maybe I can help this employee with some basic hygienes if she needs help with that.. I know it's a hard time for everyone right now.

I stopped by Charley’s to get ice cream. They had one person on the grill. She looked at me and kept working. Another employee came up from the back of the store. I waited maybe 2 minutes or so and the manager who was sitting at the table taking her break noticed me waiting and right away she came to take my order. Impressive! It’s very rare you see a manager on break stop eating her lunch to work. I was the only customer in line. Wow, that says a lot. I wish more places had more managers like that. Way to go Andrea Starr, Manager.

Joey was the most disrespectful fast food worker I have met. He was rude. Giving me attitude when I just said thank you. He was treating me like I don't belong there. ? He needs a different occupation. Maybe a janitor. He also scratched his beard than continued touching people's food without washing his hands or changing is gloves. Also cross contamination at it's finest . Touching chicken then raw Philly meat all without changing gloves or washing his hands. He needs to simply be retrained
