Terrible. DO NOT USE THE APP!!! We’ve been charged twice now while the app says the card was declined. Absolutely no way to get ahold of customer support. Idc how small of an amount it is, there’s a lawsuit coming.

Small chicken teriyaki no onion no cheese extra teriyaki sauce, mayo lettuce and tomato. Regular fries and fountain drink

Crazy how comical that order is. I brought my wife’s drink her and returned to get my order from the line cook. When I returned Ruth was bad mouthing my order, and the way in which I ordered it.

Rude as could be. Food was cooked fine. Just left a sour taste in my mouth from Ruth’s demeanor and absolute lack of professionalism.

Son rápido y buenos sándwiches

Super basic. I could probably make a more flavorful philly at home. Hardly any cheese on the ultimate fries, the boneless buffalo wings were Papa John style if you know what i mean. I dont want to be rude but i was not impressed at all. Which is a bummer because I spent $50. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Charlie's needs to fix their mapping and addresses I drove across town only to find out I could not go inside because it was on a military base

Horrible service. Waited for a single sandwich for a half hour. Only to find out they didn't check the receipt and gave my food to someone else. Don't eat here.

Love this place. Seasoning was great along with the portion size. One of my go places when o need to eat a meal that fills me up.

They had no mayo, I asked for extra teriyaki sauce and they didn't put extra. But charged me 50¢ for extra.. my sub is super dry... I got the skin of a pickle lol they barely had any lemonade. I paid for a large lemonade and got 75% of my large cup. Just not appeasing at all. And they just had a little attitude all around. I used to love Charley's, I should've stuck with going to subway. Paying $33 for a partial meal is crazy... very unsatisfying.
