They had no mayo, I asked for extra teriyaki sauce and they didn't put extra. But charged me 50¢ for extra.. my sub is super dry... I got the skin of a pickle lol they barely had any lemonade. I paid for a large lemonade and got 75% of my large cup. Just not appeasing at all. And they just had a little attitude all around. I used to love Charley's, I should've stuck with going to subway. Paying $33 for a partial meal is crazy... very unsatisfying.

Horrible customer service, don’t even acknowledge you or respond when asking a question… smh do better. This is the only place the food court that like this.
Horrible and rude worker named Bella so disrespectful hope she gets fired by treating soldiers with attitude!
It was decently fast, it was clean. The food was delicious and since its in a food court there was a lot seating. The ultimate fries are pretty good and I like the raspberry tea to drink.

Charley’s used to be one of the best places to eat on post now it was a deception. One of the employees Ms Ruth was very rude and acted like she did not want to be there at all.
Ruth is absolutely rude and disrespectful.
Rude staff that hates their life and takes it out on customers. I’ll just eat elsewhere. No biggie.

Staff very rude!! Not welcoming at all, made eye contact without remarks. The staff continued to have conversations amongst themselves. Allowed me to wait over 5mins before anyone came to me, just to tell me they were closed. No signage displayed stating they were closed.
Not even open when I went at 5 pm.

The times that this place opens aren't right. Ive suggested an edit to google twice and submitted a photo for evidence .We open at 1030 everyday and close at 1930 on mon -satAnd 1800 on sunday .Our holiday hours vary we do close earlier .
