Meh! I remember Charleys when it was good. I hadn't been in a while. One visit and I'm reminded as to why. It was gross. Thankfully the portion is way smaller. What is going on with the fries? Those got thrown in the trash also.

They were super busy when I was there today.
They were working their butts off.
There was a very insignificant issue with my order and they just went absolutely wonderful in their willingness to fix it.
They even sent an employee to my table to offer to remake everything (which was not at all necessary).
I am grateful.
Shout out to Isai and Alex.
They were fantastic!

I come here all the time for my break. Even with line they’re quick and accurate with orders. Alex always makes sure I leave satisfied

I visited a place called Charleys Cheesesteaks located at North Star Mall in San Antonio, TX, and had an extremely disappointing experience. We were treated very rudely by the cashier named Margarita. We ordered combos, as they are clearly advertised and numbered 1 through 3 at the establishment, but when we tried to order them, we were told everything had to be ordered separately. If that’s the case, then why on earth do they have combo signs displayed outside?

I won’t be coming back to this place. Also, the food was terrible!!

IGNORE THE INTIMIDATING REVIEWS! Margarita was a very sweet employee who provided with fantastic service! Awesome amount of food for price 13$ for a hefty amount of fries, 6 boneless DELICIOUS wings and a large lemonade that was very yummy. Will be visiting anytime I find myself going to north star. Owner is keeping on top of things at this location.

I wanted the buffalo chicken sandwich is all I asked then I was told do you want lettuce tomato onions and mayonnaise I said no I wanted the way it's listed on the menu I confuse a cashier to the point that I left No food

order a 6 piece wing MEAL that comes with a side and a drink…. why do i have to pay 50 more cents for that drink to be water when it should already come with a combo meal and the size of the drink is a tiny cup instead of a normal sized cup that comes with a combo meal.
this is ridiculous that i have to pay more for my drink to be a water instead of a soda and i get less to drink

Very bad service, two very friendly people, but I don't know if the cook is very rude, I asked her if it was my order and she doesn't pay attention. And he tells me yes and then when I get to my table I see that it is not, and he tells me that I told him wrong, I come twice a week to consume work at the mall, and it is the second time that happens to me, they leave a lot to say its employees, everything else is fine

We purchased an order of 30 dollars in total and they wanted to charge me for a cup a water, what kind of service is that, let me tell I won't buy anything from this location. You just lost a loyal customer.
