The food is ok at best, my family and I ate there this last weekend as a quick stop. We dined in to ensure the freshness of the food would be hot. What we thought would be a great meal turned out to be something that we were all left wanting something else. None of us finished our meal for many reasons. The juice soaked through the buns so fast that it became a soggy mess that actually would have been better off eating with a fork. I asked for no lettuce or tomatoes on mine and got lettuce and no pickles.The flavor of normal was way off on the fries like the oil had not be changed in a good while. There was an overwhelming smell of burnt food at the counter when ordering that was a bit of a turnoff as well which may have caused the partial loss of appetite. Top all of that off with folks taking your order consistently clearing their throat to the point you could hear the congestion really set things off for us. To make things even better, none of the fountain drinks were working and we were stuck to having the lemonade. But as a side note, the lemonade is likely the best thing at this location!

3/8/2023 at14:37 Not impressed to say the least Used to eat here all the timeAll I did was ask for half of my whole sub to be wrapped up separately to goThe girl stepped away from the register and told that to themI get over there both of them are handed to the open trays and I ask him about to go the guy hands me the container For me to do it myself And then and only then when he seemed to try to close it he offered to turn around a close to containerFor the price I paid for this I expected them to get it right Ruined my whole meal to say the least I threw the other half in the trash can before I walked out there because the girl's telling me she misunderstood me If she misunderstood me why would she walk over there to tell them what to do With the other half of my sandwichAnd even after she did that the guy that handed me both my sandwiches openly like that said oh I missed read the receipt i thought it was for here Poor service will never go back I left out there feeling II was punched in the stomach I didn't know that Charles had become a self served place where you have to wrap up Your own food To go

My family and I are here on the Lackland Air Force Base and my son Airman Hill suggested we ate here great great place we order 2 philly combos chicken strips kid meal and extra fry and only spent $37 and change. Everything was made to order fresh and hot. I ate the food before I could take a pic?? trust me I tell you it was delicious!!Kid-friendliness: Had kid meals

Worse service i ever had50 mins of waitingEven reported it to Customer Site and never receive a reply1) order gets given to other customer and thrown away after returned; sure i get it.2) Asked 5 times when Im getting my meal back, 40 mins NOTHING. Dead expections.3) Ask for refund after min 50, shorted a dollar on $21 order. WTHWaste your time somewhere else, they obviously dont care at all.

Took forever!! Employees laughing with each other and taking 30 second breaks after doing almost any task. The chef was cooking one cheese steak at a time on a huge grill when there was a massive line at least 20 people long so it moved extremely slow. Seems more like social hour then work.
