Server Allan Lopez Garcia was unpleasant. Did not tell me they were out of tomatoes until after he handed me my order. He seemed annoyed when I asked him for tobasco sauce which they were completely out of. I get far better service at McDonald's, which should not be the case given your prices. Overall, surprisingly poor service. Will not return.

$20 for a meal is crazy.
Cashier Henry new guy please keep him hi welcome to Charlie's caught my attention I seen him before at airport location now that he obviously over her at Ingram Park mall location I will be buy more his offer to try old school was out standing very delicious and bacon cheese fries wish y'all had mr.pibb or big red I will be back thank you this will be my favorite location now I had went yesterday it was awesome experience

The cashier was super nice. The food didn’t have any flavor. Food was bland. The fries with cheese and bacon were good though.

Love THE WINGS BONE IN AND CHIPOTLE CHICKEN ! Overall great place to visit in the mall and to go on uber eats! Misty ( cashier ) awesome!
