Cashier was super nice. They did mess up my sandwich however, when I went up there they fixed it for me with no problem and we're super kind!

Zero stars app states has curb side service called In an order talk to staff paid and when I got there to check in was told we do not have curb side service. You have to come in! So my Pops really wanted a Philly cheesesteak sandwich from Charlie’s. I went to go get it and asked why no curd side. The Manager stated we don’t provide that service then I showed her the curb side service on the app at Ingram mall. She stated that’s what she was told. Then she was starting to say do to staffing then we saw four people watching her talk to me and said I’ll ask my general manager about this.
Doesn’t matter if the food was good. Service out trumps a bad meal always. No apologies sad last time we will go there.
