Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Maybe I came on a bad day but this was the worst Philly cheesesteak I've ever had

Chicken wings were over cooked (burnt) and very salty, couldn't eat because not one but all were fried dried and disgusting

Let me start by saying this food was delicious 😋. I was starving from a long shift at work and to get food like that hit the spot good. The person that took my order was Joseph, and man was he nice, respectful, and helpful. He even helped me pick out what flavor I should get for my wings. I got the number 3 and was not disappointed. Honestly he should get a raise or promotion. He is a wonderful guy, hope he is there when I go again, he is for sure my go to man. EVERYONE GO TO JOSEPH TO ORDER. Thank you again I will for sure be going back to this wonderful Charley's

I always usually have a good experience at this Charlie's however I went in today, 9/16/2025, and a lady was working the front was on her cellphone while working the register. I had ordered an Ice-cream cone and I was watching her touch money, her cellphone, and her face it kinda grossed me out because all I orderd was an Ice-cream cone and she touched the rim of the cone instead of the paper, I usually eat the cone, just not this time.

Came to pick up an uber eats order and they said order was missing. Wasted my time & gas.

I got a shake and fries The shake wasn't stirred properly so it was just ice cream I couldn't even drink it. The fries tasted okay but not worth the wait (had to wait 13 minutes) and the employees were not taking their job seriously they were playing around and joking with each other the entire time. I would try a different Charles next time but I will never eat at this one again.

Today I decided to get 2 milkshakes and 2 small sandwiches for me and my sister. My sister was drinking her milkshake and then she found a hair in her drink. The hair looked like it was either brown or red. Neither me or my sister have brown or red hair.

I found a piece of a steel wool scrubber in my fries. I showed the managers and while they did give me a refund they tried to argue with me about the card I used. They tried to tell me that I used a different card, im not stupid I know which card I used. Never coming back to this location!

Alanya was very sweet and kind. She gave me and my husband some great recommendations on fry and wing combos. Now I have and awesome snack while I shop.
