Quick and fast service. Alex was doing great taking care of all the customers by himself. He came by multiple times checking to see if we were ok. Our food was fresh and hot.

Charlie Brown's Neighborhood Bar & Grill is a great sports bar in San Antonio, Texas!! Our bartender, Kaitlin, took incredible care of our group during my first visit here after a San Antonio FC game. :-) She made me an excellent House Margarita and was so attentive + kind to our group!! She also made sure our food order was delivered to our table, even though we ordered at the bar. I highly recommend Charlie Brown's Fried Pickles & French Fries (everything was delicious)!! DJ Brian Hawkins was on stage when we visited and was great as well - super open to taking requests (thank you, Brian)!!! This is a great spot, and I'm looking forward to future visits!

My wife and I have been going there for 20 years.

The food's still great even with three ownership changes. Love the way we're treated. It's our Saturday night date spot.
We celebrate birthdays and anniversaries and other holidays at Charlie Brown's.
Coolest dive bar in town.
Alex is the the best I'm making you feel welcome. When I think about the customer service our experience with Alex and his crew is top of mind.

My favorite food there are the nachos for appetizers.

Wings and french fries for the main dish. It doesn't matter what flavor you pick they're great.
The menu remains the same.
Which I appreciate.
And when we show up and they have meatloaf, I'm for sure taking a couple of dishes home. Just saying.

Ordered the ribeye, chicken wings and chips, and queso. Wings cooked perfectly, great queso, steak very flavorful. Very fair prices & generous portions.
The waitress/ bartender Laeha was fabulous! Very friendly and attentive. She made a perfect old-fashioned complete with a big ice cube.
Fun place with lots of TV screens playing several sports channels, great jukebox music. Indoor and outdoor seating. Fun place for dinner and drinks!

I was severely disappointed in the nachos after watching the Texas Eats piece.

They are not what they used to be. The chips were definitely not made in-house, and the steak was not as depicted in the video. They used frozen presliced steak that would be used for a cheese steak sandwich. The smothered chicken whole seasoned well was overcooked and dry.

Just left here placed a order for pick up for wings they were done pretty fast the two bartender girls I did not catch their names but they were super sweet and friendly offered me a drink even though I was just waiting to pick up my order I thought that was super nice the bar looked really nice and clean and inviting the customers were friendly as well id go back just for the atmosphere 😊
