Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

I must admit I come here to eat at least 4 times a week and my experience went from not so good to amazing!! The food is worth every dollar I absolutely love and tried almost all of the sandwiches and they beat anybody who sells milkshakes to top it off the kids seem happy and are delivering excellent customer service I really appreciate the good meal after a long day of work Thanks to the team here for your services and you can bet your last dollar I’ll be back for more of this goodness!! Will be back to update on wings I’ve read a post here but I am not believing it until I try it.. I highly recommend you come and experience what I am experiencing

The guy cashier that work there is always rude to me I ask for hot fries he gives me cold fries and is mad when I request the fries all over again my sandwiches always looks a mess I’m saying have some pride in your job treat customers with respect don’t act like we owe you money we don’t we work hard for our money and deserve our money worth FAST FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE and QUALITY FOOD SIR and remember without the customers being satisfied the company loses money!!!!!

The wings were exceedingly dry, and the strawberry lemonade is not the same as other Charlie's cheesteakes stores. It's not even the same color.

We went to get food after a long day and came back and found two strands of hair in my food (5-30-2024 at 9:15pm)

My order was wrong and when I called the district manager to see what they can do all he did was yell and be combative. It’s a franchise store so that explains the customer service

I came into Walmart to get a few things. Issac got us with the Philly chicken sandwich. Was able to sign up for rewards and get $5 off $15 or more. Issac was also our cashier. Super friendly dude and patient while I figured out what to order for the kids and I. Food came out it was fresh and yummy. My son also accidentally spilt his drink and the ladies there were very nice about it and cleaned it up for us. Great experience here. Keep up the good job you guys :)

One guy behind the grill can’t keep up with the traffic at this location.. he’s being rushed with orders and the quality of the food is paying the price.

Horrible. Food undercooked and missing my fries after waiting 45 minutes. I even placed an order ahead and it was still late. Disappointed I’ll be avoiding all together.
