Thoroughly enjoyable experience at this venerable locale. Anthony, our waiter, was exceptional, and the food – though perhaps on the heavier side – was flavorful and inventive. They offer an interesting selection of 'mocktails' for any non-drinkers. Signature fish dishes come with a variety of adornments, but you can order versions simply grilled. The creme brûlée for two was different and delicious. Highly recommended.
We were able to be seated very quickly, waitress was very nice but then never came back, we were there for an hour before we got bread brought to the table, our drinks were refilled once the entire time. Food was decent but not very flavorful and not really worth the price in our opinion. Mediocre experience at best for a pricey restaurant.
It was great because for the value and the lovely view for a party of eight we will return. They accommodated us with a short notice, were cordial, happy, and had great service. We sat outside in the vend of the River Walk with great views. Inside of restaurant classy with clean restrooms. Great place for a family or a date. Diverse enough menu. Food is good quality, not spectacular, but plenty good to want us to return. Thumbs up.
