Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

We went from my daughter's birthday this is where she wanted to go we were a large party but we waited over an hour for our food when we finally got our food it was cold we were so hungry we didn't mind that much cuz we were hungry we ate our food but we all had a complaint about each one's plate I don't think I'll be doing Cheddar's at all not even in a large party especially

I called and ask for a manager. I called 3 time was on hold for at least 10 mins. The manager on duty was EMERALD she never came to phone. I even called at 10:00 p.m closing time. I was on hold for 15 mins never picked. The young lady that answered the phone kept coming back to the phone saying she told EMERALD I was the phone. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE..

We did not have to wait on a table and staff was amazing. The food was on point as always.

Pretty busy when we went but we still received good service from the bar area. I ordered the ribs & they were delicious & tender!!! The green beans tasted like they had sugar in them, I didnt care for them.
My husband ordered the meatloaf & he enjoyed it.

We had a great waitress!! She knows how to help a customer! I wish I could remember her name!! We sat in the bar area and we weren't to happy about that but she made it so pleasant!!
We had the meatloaf and mashed potatoes. It was good but oh boy we had leftovers and I'm not a leftover lover but this meatloaf was better than on the first day!!

Enjoyed my visit here. Employees were very friendly and definitely attentive to my needs. I loved the chicken pot pie. It doesn't get better than this comfort food.

The service is excellent but I have not had a frozen drink because machine has been broken for the past 3 months. I’m going to start going else where after today. It’s very inconvenient for me because of close location but I’m going to drive elsewhere. :(

Took a friend out for his birthday 🎂 and we sat at a booth in the bar area. He'd never eaten here before, so I knew it would be great!! He loved his food, his drink, and the atmosphere. It was a for sure win win!!

We called to see if there was a wait. They said no then 5 minutes later we get there and it was a 20 minute wait. We waited 30 minutes saw several parties get sit down and we didn’t move on the waiting list at all. We ended up canceling and leaving. We got there before the rush. But bc we had 5 people and not 4 we kept getting passed makes no sense.

The best food I've had in a long time, especially the Cesar salad. Greens were really green and very fresh. My steak was amazing and cooked exactly as ordered. Just really a great experience all around.

Ordered the broccoli cheese Caserole for Thanksgiving, everyone loved, loved, loved it! Excellent managers and staff, very courteous and welcoming.

My potato was cold and my sister didn’t get her garlic bread until after she was done eating, and my waitress wasn’t there when needed.

Please Fix Margarita machine is been down for quite some time / time to invest in a new one I’m not a fan of water drinks
