Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Went just this last Thursday.. after a day of school shopping. We got there about 8:13pm. The area we were sat in hand several empty tables and just two tables with people sitting when we arrived, not 5 min after being sat a family of like 6 came in and sat in the same area. There was a waitress that went right to them and I thought. Give her a few minutes she’s busy.. but The whole time a waitress and other employees just kept walking by without making eye contact with us.. just back and forth cleaning up for the night and serving these other tables. Nobody stopped and said hi my name is.. I’ll be right with you.. nothing.Waited a little longer and still nobody said anything to us. Told my daughter I am going to wait until 35 after.. and if we don’t get approached by a server, we are just going to have to leave. So we ended up leaving and the host gave us a weird look like she knew something was wrong cause she just sat us like 25 min ago. I said sorry we are leaving we still haven’t had anyone help us. She offered to sit us in another area but by then we were already frustrated and we didn’t want to extend the crappy experience we were already having. Left and went to 54th Street and had excellent service and amazing tasty dinner. Disappointed Cheddars!

My husband and Iwere served cold spinach dip even before we received our cocktails. We sent it back. 15 minutes later, there were still no drinks, and we walked out.
We have never had a bad experience at a Cheddar's. This was a first.

This was the 3rd time in a row our to order wasn't right. Really looked forward to enjoying butter rolls with our bundle. Not a croissant in sight. Pretty incompetent guys. I'll let my friends and family know how bad this place is. We will not be back!

We went for dinner. The food was a mix of fresh and older items. Unfortunately, our server got an item on the order wrong and then charged us for the replacement, even though she initially offered to bring it out. We didn’t ask her to correct the tab because we didn’t want to wait any longer—especially since it had already taken a while for her to check in with us, and the restaurant was uncomfortably cold.

On a positive note, the restroom was clean, though the area just outside the door had quite a bit of trash on the ground.

Stop by for lunch and was very underwhelmed. I tried the fish and chips except got salad instead of fries, and the salad was definitely not fresh, and the fish was undercooked and just slimy in the middle. My bartender did offer to have it remade, but I didn't have time, had to get back to work.

Been awhile since eating here. There's no Chedders near where we now live. Our favorite item on the menu was gone. The wait staff was amazing.

I believe the server Steffan was his name, great service. Friendly fun atmosphere because of him and he was on top of our order making sure everything was great.

Hadn't been to a Cheddars in over 5 years, and I was happy we visited again! Same great food, service and value for your money. Our server was great from the get go, rearranging our table a bit so we could fit better, and always so attentive to our needs. My only complaint would be my food was not as hot as I would've liked it to be and the floor was littered with straw papers and not as clean as I know it could be. All in all, first visit here in SA was not bad. We'll probably come back again. 👍

I don't eat out very often. We stopped in one afternoon and I was so happy with service (top rated) . We tried serial items and it was all outstanding . I'll be back soon.
