This place is a classic. The food is always great! Love the Monte Cristo sandwich for sure! Not many places serve them anymore.

It a 2 and a 1/2 star rating interesting restaurant, maybe someday I would turn back.

Like always the food was great and the prices are reasonable with everything so expensive these days, its totally worth it.
The service was great too. The waitress, I wish i could remember her name, did an amazing job.
She was sooo good that at first it was starting to feel weird. Today's lack of service everywhere is so bad that when she actually did her job, it felt strange. Why r u so nice? U r asking me if i need something? Oh? A refill without needing to ask? What? Is there a hidden camera? 😂
I apologize to her for not remembering her name but ... thank you for caring and doing a fantastic job.

Highly disappointed. We ordered a full rack of ribs and they were dry enough to sand paint. The croissants were hard and crunchy, and they forgot my extra barbecue sauce. Imagine being charged for extra sauce and not receiving it when the ribs were literally dry as a bone. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience. Ugh!

Slow Friday, since it was Halloween. Service was really good, food came out really fast. Drinks are definitely on point.

Walked in around 2 and got sat in the bar area with both the music blaring and the tv volume all the way up. I asked to be moved to a quieter area. The bartender moved me to the dining room where I sat and waited for nearly 5 minutes without getting any service while one server looked up from his phone long enough to see me there and then went back to looking at his phone. The host just stood right behind me rolling silverware and a couple of other servers walked by without saying a word while it appeared that there was only one server actually working and was helping another table. I finally got up and walked out without getting any service at all and went somewhere else to eat.

First and LAST time I ever went to this restaurant chain. It was myself, my toddler, and a friend of mine. We ordered adult beverages, our food, and asked to please bring the toddlers food out as soon as it's up, but our dishes were no rush. The drinks were good, everything was going well. Until we are 30 minutes into it. Our drinks were empty, my small child was starved and agitated, and our server and our food were no where in sight. I got up from the table and had to find her. She apologized, I know it's not her fault, although 30 minutes is way tooong not to check on your table, and she goes into the kitchen. Our food is immediately set down. Ice cold. The steaks we had. The sides. The kid's food. Everything. At this point I'm honestly done and I let the server know we will not be eating anything feom here. The manager comes up, and I cant even explain the interaction in enough detail for one to understand it. The manager already has a this begrudging look on his face. He asks what we didnt like about the untouched food at our table. I explain the wait, the empty drinks, and the cold food we were given. He stuck his finger INTO the steak in front of me, I guess trying to prove me wrong? And then says, well. We'll remove them from your bill then, but you're still paying for the drinks. I fully expected to pay for the things we consumed, but how does one get to this position he was at by treating customers that way?? This was a good few years ago, and I have never stepped and will never step into a Cheddars again.

I hesitated to write this because we have visited often for years and usually have a good experience and good food. So this review is only for last night. We arrived and were seated quickly in a nice booth but it took at least 10 minutes for anyone to visit our table. She was friendly and nice but not too attentive with drink refills, and the restaurant was not too crowded so I’m not sure why. Then when my food arrived (brought out by another server) I was told they were out of brown gravy that I had ordered on my side of mashed potatoes. That’s information I would’ve like to have known ahead of time and I could’ve chosen a different side. No attempt was made to ask if I wanted a replacement side. Then, as other reviews have stated, my food was definitely not hot enough. The fish was somewhat dry and only warm. The green beans were warm at best and cold toward the bottom. Overall it was just not a very good evening. As I mentioned earlier, usually we enjoy this place and the food but tonight was not good.
