Take your Onions Rings off Menu.
6x in the past year we visit this location.
They never have Onions Rings.
Always advertising that they do, yet never do.
Just excuses 😒 🙄
Cooperate needs to fix this situation.
This will be my last visit to Cheddars ever, I'm done.
If I wasn't already seated, id leave.
This angers me this restaurant makes excuses yet doesn't fix the problem ongoing for all 2025

The chocolate cake is big enough for 4 people to share and delicious.

Not as good as it was last year. Meats were tough and waitstaff not as good as before. Room for improvement. We'll be back to see if things are going well.

Me and my girlfriend came today and the atmosphere was alright, service was good but the food was horrible the burger i asked well done and it was not even close my gf asked for her food i forgot what it was but it was too salty and they acted like they didnt wanna take care of it the manager came by and she acted like we were just trying to get free food even though i paid early for the bill and tipped the server 40 percent of the bill so i will be calling corporate or upper management to try to get some resolution to todays visit

The waiter must have been new, as he wasn't on his best, never cleaned away dishes until the very end of eating.

Came to the northstar location last night 12/20/25 to enjoy dinner with family, walked in around 7:30 and was seated pretty fast. Our server was supposedly jenn and that’s when it just went downhill. After getting our order in and our apps orders in she came by to take our orders. Her attitude was super rude and nonchalant. When it came to her taking my fiancés order he asked what sides are there for his meal. Her response was “if you read the menu it says it on there”. I’m not sure if she was a new server that didn’t have the menu memorized or if she just didn’t care to help him order. After that interaction we knew the service wasn’t going to be good. The whole time being served by her was super passive aggressive and inappropriate for customer service behavior. The food made up for the bad service luckily and therefore I didn’t get a manager involved. We still tipped 20$ out of decency but it was not deserved.

This was my first time at the 410 location and my entire plate of food was cold. I asked if they could heat it in the microwave, and my plate was returned, lukewarm. The waitress was attentive and nice though.

Bartender was extremely busy but remained friendly and professional. Food came out hot and seasoned perfectly.
A very solid option for a chain restaurant.

Service was good. Food was par, not great for vegetarians. Not recommended for vegetarians. Only went out because it was a birthday dinner.
