Me and my girlfriend came today and the atmosphere was alright, service was good but the food was horrible the burger i asked well done and it was not even close my gf asked for her food i forgot what it was but it was too salty and they acted like they didnt wanna take care of it the manager came by and she acted like we were just trying to get free food even though i paid early for the bill and tipped the server 40 percent of the bill so i will be calling corporate or upper...
I’ve been to Cheddar’s 3 times and each time I have had excellent service from all staff, hosts, waitress, bussers, and received great food for a good price. They have amazing chicken tenders.
We arrived about 9:15pm, staff was friendly and welcoming. Our waitress was very attentive, our food came out fast, was delicious and satisfying. We DID NOT feel rushed. We'll definitely eat here again!
