Service was almost non-existent from the moment we walked in, the restrooms were disgusting & the employees were taking their smoke break right by the restrooms. Decided on something else instead although their business was slow

The value and quality of service at this location has gone down and gotten worse over the years. I've dined in and taken out on numerous occasions at this location. And have tried other locations throughout the state and was never disappointed. I cannot say the same for this location.

Well once again we messed up coming to Cheddar. The only good thing was the side salad. The fish platter was awful. Shrimp were small and all batter, fish tasteless and did not taste fresh. The broccoli and rice casserole dry and didn't taste fresh. The restaurant is nice but food sucked for the third time. Had a piece of chicken on fish platter lol. Stay away if your are looking for good meal.

Celebrating a birthday. You’re welcome to bring in a birthday cake as well, they keep it in the cooler until you’re ready.
My husband got the chicken Alfredo with broccoli, my mom got the chicken tender salad, my son got the chicken tenders with fries, and I got the salad with blackened salmon. The lemonade is really good!

We have a tradition every year to buy my daughter her favorite carrot cake from here , this time they forgot her toppings, I called to see if I can go pick them up and spent 20 min waiting for a manager to pick up the phone , never again coming back to this location.

This is the way I saw it tonight we were there to have a birthday party for one of our daughters, first off they weren't even that busy,after they seated we ordered our drinks it took at least 30 minutes to get them. then the waitress took our orders it took over an hour to get our meal and there was nothing special. I will not eat here again they just act like they did not care. There were 8 of us. Each of spent at least $70-$100 on the meal.

Food took almost 2 hrs to get to our table I asked for the smokehouse burger and it’s gotta be the worst burger I’ve had I asked medium rare I got well done/burnt not coming again
