Chef Juan and his team catered my mother’s 70th birthday (50 guests) at our family home. EVERYTHING was PERFECT! We were so impressed with the pre-party communication, (phone calls, emails and text) We provided an idea of a sample menu and the team created the perfect combination. (Photo of the menu attached) The food was prepared to perfection (OMGOSH the mashed potatoes were like no other-the Chef has a secret) and professional displayed. The hors d’oeuvres are award winning.
When they say they will clean up, they did EVERYTHING allowing us more time to spend with family and loved ones.
The mixologist, Denise, was so fun and friendly. Drinks were amazing!
