Chef Juan and his team catered my mother’s 70th birthday (50 guests) at our family home. EVERYTHING was PERFECT! We were so impressed with the pre-party communication, (phone calls, emails and text) We provided an idea of a sample menu and the team created the perfect combination. Working with Juan was nothing but a great experience. From our first phone call, I knew he was the caterer to choose for my wedding day because of his passion and vision. The couple's cooking class was so fun and informative. We learned how to make pasta and a special sauce from scratch! Chef Juan was also very helpful and really knows how to make our time worthwhile!
