We had the BEST experience with Mark during a birthday celebration in San Antonio. From the moment he arrived, he was warm, fun, and genuinely sweet - he instantly felt like part of the celebration. We had chef Mark prepare a family dinner. Everything was absolutely delicious! My 9 year old described dessert as “ice cream with a touch of pudding”. It was a chocolate mousse that was amazing.

Chef Mark and his team are amazing. Loved everything but especially the bananas foster! The steak was amazing, perfectly paired with asparagus and duchesse potatoes. Loved the crab cake as well! His team was great, arrived a couple hours before the party and worked their magic in my kitche, all the guests loved the dinner! Highly recommended!!

This is probably the easiest review I have ever had to to write. Chef Mark is amazing. That's it, he provides an amazing service which leaves you with great food and great memories. We have used Chef Mark for a few special dinners with our friends from out of town and it is always perfection. I am trying to find more excuses for him to come to our home and cook, if you're on the fence about a private chef experience let this review push you over and just do it. Chef Mark will not disappoint.

Had the opportunity to visit with Mark and ask some advice on some various cookware and techniques. He was very thorough and explained some common misconceptions about beef and ways to prepare it.

Excellent dinner tonight, wedge salad, rib eye steak with asparagus and french fries. Prepared at home.

Chef Mark’s attention to detail elevates his dishes to a whole new level! His food is so delicious and he is a great person to work with! Among other things we had the most amazing deconstructed Tiramisu, shrimp & grits & bacon wrapped quail.
