Chef Powers came to our home to prepare a Christmas meal for ten. He was very communicative throughout the preparation phase, allowing us to build a menu that worked for all. His suggestions were thoughtful and on point. His culinary training allowed for perfect food pairing suggestions and his patience was unparalleled. The day of he was prompt and professional. The charcuterie board had a great variety of high end foods and everyone loved it. The meal was perfect, vegitables fresh and tasty. The meat melted in your mouth and dessert was to die for. I highly recommend Chef Powers for any event you have. Big or small.

Awesome experience! Chef Mark was great - he came with everything he needed to prepare the meal. All we provided were the plates and utensils. He served us our meal in our dining room - we had a 3 course meal - all the food was delicious. We had salad, a shrimp main course and an exciting presentation of bananas foster to cap the evening. He left the kitchen cleaner than he found it. We will have him back again!

I had reached out to Chef Mark about cooking a dinner at our home for my wife's 40th birthday party with some friends. I really liked his Website and he had a wide range of food options which all sounded fantastic. Mark made it super easy to pick a menu and then we finalized all the details. Mark arrived with all the supplies and cookware for the meal. All I provided was the plates and silverware! Mark also left my kitchen cleaner than he found it which was amazing! We had Shrimp and Scallop Ceviche, Wedge Salad, Ribeye over mashed potatoes, and the Bananas Foster. Every dish was better than the last and I definitely recommend the Bananas Foster, it was amazing. I found Mark to be competitively priced compared to his competition and the food was next level good. Overall you will not be disappointed with this Chef!
