Chef's Table Turkish Mediterranean Grill

It was my and my husband's anniversary so we decided to try out this amazing restaurant for the first time and let me tell you all...it was well worth it. I recommend it 100%.

They’re better than any Houston Turkish restraunt. We’re Turkish people visiting from Houston and were amazed by the taste of the food and the friendliness of the staff. Soup, mezzes and lamp shank were amazing. Their pide bread was top notch as well! Highly recommend it!

Great place to enjoy Turkish and Mediterranean food. Also the waiter Talha was very helpful for my American guests to make recommendations. I strongly urge people to enjoy this charming restaurant!

Absolutely outstanding food and service. The hummus is the best I’ve ever had. The chicken and lamb were so succulent and flavorful I couldn’t stop eating even when I was full. The cheese pide is delicious as well! Their desserts are heavenly, especially the rice pudding and baklava. Their location off 1604 is equally delicious!

Their food sucks, went there from downtown SA to have some good Mediterranean food. The rice smelled really bad and everything tasted bland. On top of it the waiter demanded the tip that was specified on the receipt and had me pay for it, which is fine, if they served good food with better service. But that’s not the case..

I placed an order through Uber Eats and requested several items, including two orders of bread with red dipping sauce. I even added a note to make sure the dipping sauce was included. To my surprise, when the order arrived, both dipping sauces were missing. I ended up paying for two incomplete bread orders.

I called the restaurant to let them know, and unfortunately, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. They told me that if I wanted the missing items, I would have to go to the restaurant myself. I explained that I placed the order through Uber Eats because of a medical condition that prevents me from driving, but they still treated me very poorly over the phone.

I’m upset not only because I paid for something I didn’t receive, but also because of the terrible customer service I experienced. I do not recommend ordering from this restaurant through Uber Eats, as they don’t send complete orders and their customer service is unacceptable.

The food is phenomenal, the portion sizes are unbelievably generous, and the service is prompt and courteous. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience provided. I will definitely be coming to the Chef's Table again.

we, five of us, went there again because the first time we enjoyed and everything was really good. the second time, however, was not as good. Mixed Grill was not good. Lamb shish kebob, Lamb and beef doner were dry. separately, we ordered Adana Kebob which was good but not as good as the first time.

Our waitress was delightful! It was our first time there and we will be back. The food is amazing and the portions are so large we split a plate!
