Chester's Hamburgers

I always order my favorite, the green chile cheeseburger and fries, but I decided to try the fish and onion rings instead. It was good, but I should stick to my favorite.

Poor experience, placed order to go Burger and fries were was soggy, mind you I work right across the street. Put soo much ice in my cup I got 3 sips and they charge .25 for the bag to go!?!?

Love this place! Food always comes out hot and fresh. Best fries in town, in my opinion! The side of grilled onions is a pretty decent portion, and they taste fantastic!

I picked up a to go order and ordered two fries with my order. They only gave me one but charged me for two. The female manager just shrugged her shoulders and said “we are busy.” The bacon hamburger I ordered came without bacon - of course I didn’t discover this until I arrived at home. The only resolution I was offered for the fries was to pay for another order of fries.

Worst service I have experienced at Chesters’ in 20 years. There is no excuse for that kind of service.

I have eaten there on average every months for 20 years. I have never been treated the way I was this evening. It was bad enough to have me avoid this restaurant in the future.

Right before I picked my order a lady asked about an incorrect order where they gave her fries instead of onion rings. The same manager blew her off and just said “well you only paid for fries”. Again - treating customers like this is inexcusable. They finally gave her onion rings. However - the manager asked where this lady was sitting - but rather than deliver them (as she implied she would) they let them get cold at the pick up counter.

If the owners of Chester’s now feel like this is how paying customers in this economy are to be treated - then avoid this restaurant at all cost.
