Went inside to pick up drive thru pick up order because I had to use restroom Got receipt for said breakfast order then waited 20 minutes after I was approached again out of the 6 people in the front that saw me waiting. Iām told they canāt find my food and since itās past breakfast they could refund or give me a lunch. Not wanting to wait 20 more minutes to eat I declined and wanted a refund. Manager on shift tried to make it better by giving breakfast food vouches that I 1) canāt use right now because breakfast is over & 2) expire in two weeks. I left bawling because no empathy was given and I waited 20 minutes for food I was guaranteed on receiving. Donāt plan on coming to this location again.

Young kids playing around with eachother in the drive through area, instead of making sure the drink orders go out correctly, I asked for light ice in two drinks, the drinks I received were filled with ice to the top.

I'm always impressed with this place. ā¤ļø Love, love, love the lemonade with pulp. Everyone is always friendly and eager to help. The food is always fresh. The evenings are nice and quiet. Perfect after a long work day when I don't feel like cooking or cleaning.

I ordered through drive thru my order was wrong so I went inside and spoke to Ben , he fixed it for me and was very professional and nice , went above and beyond and even gave me a brownie. Thank you so much for ur excellent customer service Ben . You made my day !!!!!

About 30 minutes ago i placed a drive thru order, i get home and realized they forgot to put in my 8ct nugget that i paid for. (they were going to close in about 20 mins or so) I called and spoke with Ben and let him know about the item that was forgotten, and asked if i can go back with my order and get it remade. He then said that wouldnāt be possible and if i were to go they would only be able to cover the missing item (8ct nugget). I explained to him that by the time i were to do that my whole meal would be cold. He āapologized for the inconvenienceā and said he could refund me the missing item.
I had just gotten out of church and hadnāt ate all day and needed something quick yet āgoodā to take home. The food wasnāt even good, fries were cold and honestly not filling at all which is why i had ordered that 8ct. Try to teach employees to be more compassionate towards paying customers, or to anyone in general.
