I love going here because my toddler loves it for breakfast… but they are getting horrible with the portions. They charge $4 for a medium container of fruit and this is how it has looked the past few weeks. It isn’t even 1/2 way filled up. I thought maybe it was just a one time thing but nope each time this is how it looks.

The quality of food and service is really bad. It seems like a fairly easy process with fairly easy ingredients. Yet somehow they seem to mess it up pretty bad and then have bad attitudes on top of it.
It seems like the advertising and addictive ingredients seem to be the only thing keeping this store going.

Absolute worst customer experience ever. I’ve gone to this location for years and never had a problem until today. The workers are rude. One worker made my 3 year old daughter cry for touching a tree decoration in the lobby (mind you my daughter wasn’t being bad) she drop her milkshake not only employee offer to help clean it nor did they give another milkshake as a replacement. And the lady at the pick up order was rude. When I called the manager to let know about my experience what I go was “it’s not the employee job to offer you a replacement.” Do not go to this location! Especially if you are buying a 5 dollar drink and can’t even get a replacement. Worst customer service ever!
