service was great but i went last night a little before closing and my nuggets had a weird texture and were kinda slimey? the inside of it looked raw so i ended up throwing them out

My son and I visited around lunch time. Every time I go to a chick fil a, we turn his unopened toy in for ice cream in a cup with half the volume and a cherry on top. We’ve done it at other locations AND this location before and never had an issue. The young lady who assisted me at the register was very polite in taking my order. She went and checked with a manager (I assume) to make sure it was okay. She came back and informed me they said no. I responded, okay, we’ve never had a problem before, can I pay for one. She tinkered with the computer, asked me to give her a minute. She came back and told me she was told there’s no value for the cherry in the system, so she couldn’t sell me a cherry. So I reiterated, yall don’t charge for the cherry but I can’t have one? She was very polite in handling the situation, so I do appreciate that. However, I do not understand the manager who made the decision, especially as I have done this multiple times with no issue. My son was quite disappointed as that treat is what he looks forward to every time we come.

Not sure why I had to be on the phone for 10 minutes just to prove if I had a whole egg or not ? They missed my extra egg I only had half and corn I payed for was extra they asked me to go all the way back just to add egg and corn . I just got out of work tired & pregnant . I’d just wanted it added to the next visit for compensation but it was too hard for Mrs Olivia “manager” to satisfy the customer or believe the customer in this situation .

Chic doesn’t usually mess up but today everything was messed up. Got the wrong cheese in my sandwich, wrong sauces, asked for no ice and got ice, and food was room temperature

Ok I have tried. 3 times. I have had my order wrong. Every. Single. Time. So I call speak to Jacob the manager. Explain the issue. Very apologetic. We will make this right it’s odd the we keep getting your order wrong. I’ll put in a reorder ticket with your name on it all you have to do is come in tell them your name and your set. Came in spoke to Jacob and he lets me know he can’t find it but if you tell me what happen maybe I’ll recall. Got my order proceeded to order for my wife a #1 with a Hi-C. Got home and the wife says they gave me diet Dr Pepper. I’m done with this location. Every time something is wrong or missing but they never forget to charge you. Just save yourself the hassle and frustration and go to another CFA

If you happen to get in the wrong drive threw line they will make you wait in line and drive all the way back around just to get back in the drive through line. The stupidest thing I’ve ever heard/experienced.

Don't make the mistake of getting in the left lane. Apparently that's just for online orders; however, they call the lane 'mobile' (mobile app). I had to sit through a string of cars just to get out of the line. They wanted me to go back around because "it's policy" not to take my order there. Sorry Chick, but I'll never visit you again. I got some grateful Whataburger instead.
