Customer service was garbage, food wasn't warm, and only given 1 straw for two drinks. That straw was already torn open and papercovering damp from unknown liquid. I ordered curb side pick up and arrived checked in and waited over 20min. While I watched drive thru cars come and go with their food the whole time waiting on my order. I finally called to inquire what happened to only be hung up on mid conversation and told upon my call back they didn't know we were still talking. When asked for compensation or refund I was told "you can have your food or your money but im not giving you both whether you waited or not, which is it going to be?" When looking at the ticket for the order my food was ready long before I called and inquired what happened and that they bring it to me. This whole debacle lead to my children being tardy to school on a day that was to be a special breakfast before STAR testing. This is the absolute worse Chick fi la in san antonio and the leadership is horrible, customer service is deplorable, and the food is lackluster. I thought this chain of restaurants held themselves to higher standards but apparently not this one at Ingram and 410. I will purfusely spread the word of how degrading this experience was for myself and children along with the malignant service they provide.

Love this location because they have a playscape for toddlers. Down size to that is occasionally there are way older kids being rambunctious. The food and service is excellent!
This is one of the cleanest Chick-fil-A's I've been to. All the employees here at the Ingram stand alone restaurant are gracious, competent, and fast workers. I'll continue coming here.

In retrospect, a pretty average meal from Chick, maybe why we haven’t eaten here in over 5 months. 12-piece meal plus a shake was $16.76 so about the same as two pizzas from Domino’s. ? Fries in the car were hot, but the chicken was tepid at best. 10 minutes later at home, the chicken was very cold and tough. The shake was ok.
