Anhais and Emma were absolutely delightful! It's a breath of rare air nowadays to interact with pleasant people. I know it's the same, but in my mind, this sandwich tastes better! Thank y'all!

I’m upset because I’m going for lunch and I only have 45 min and they got my order wrong they gave a spicy chicken instead of the no1 that I ordered originally. When I called they already knew and they said we can just give the sandwich since you ate the waffle fries. I was expecting my whole lunch to be replaced sine I didn’t get the experience instead I was upset. I have gastritis and I couldn’t eat spicy chicken sandwich.Chick-fil-A IS NOT HURTING policy? I work hard for my money for yall to be not replacing my meal.

I’ve been here a couple times and I always get looks from all the female employees including the manager. They act like they’re in high school. Last time I went, I was missing my sauces and ketchup and went back to get them and the cashier rolled her eyes and acted like I was bothering her. Not even a “you’re welcome” when i said thank you.

The food was good, the problem was the way the have thier lines setup seemed to co fuse everyone, people kept getting in the wrong lines smh..also the food court area was very warm..

I was excited to est chickfila. I wasnt greet but just “i can serve the next guest” I mentioned her about cobb salad and 12 meal and she didnt know how to add extra ranch dressing. and then i asked for white bun and the worker charge me for GF bun..i work at a cfa so i corrected him and he apologized but when you placed my order (#1 with no pickles, mac with bacon and poweraid) he charged me for the bacon inside the sandwhich. They didnt repeat their order, so i needed to ASK them to repeat. No my pleasure was giving and the leader told them to repeat their order aswell. And when i was taking the order, the yound lady in her early 20’s left me and i needed to ask another employee to finish my order because she forgot to finalize and allow me to pay. very disappointed about this chickfila. there was 2 employees taking my order, very not coordinated.

There's nothing worse than getting your food deep fried in rancid oil!!! There is no mistaking the taste! Plus, making food in oil that's old and not clean makes your food come out dark out of the fryer!!! Transaction #9619 I understand that I'll have to warn up my meal in my air fryer over. Also, pour out my waffle fries and that all there is as shown in the picture is sad!!! I added a picture to show just how dirty and dark the oil was. If I had known this was how much care is put into food preparation. I would have gone to another location.

Just shopping for the Holidays, for a last minute gift..and decided to grab a bite to eat!! FRESH fresh Fresh and the staff was still cheerful and delightful even though the were busy . Stop in next time your there...

This location has gone downhill over the past few weeks. Crazy wait times for food (15 minutes for nuggets, 7 minutes for anything grilled) even with no line, and workers are not friendly in general. They have gotten our order wrong the last 3 visits and then argue about it instead of making it right. I only go here because it’s all my kids will eat at the mall, but I don’t order for myself here any more.
