The mobile drive thru is an awesome idea! They should have that at all chick-fa-la's ! It was easy to use and maybe a 5 min wait time! Oh an me inside it's clean, quiet and friendly!

Google Maps needs to delist this CFA as it is on USAA campus and not accessible to the public. Google Maps causes a lot of unnecessary traffic because of this, I saw several people in front of me that needed to turn around as well!

Went today to have lunch got a milkshake and the milkshake was put at the edge of the table and my five month old grabbed it and I tried to grab it before he grabbed it and it’s spelt all over the floor didn’t have a drink out of it didn’t even touch it! One of the kids I was working there asked if I could get it remade but the manager said nope she needs to pay for AGAIN was actually really annoyed why did I have to pay for a whole new one when I didn’t even touch it? Wasn’t gonna pay 5 dollars again! Never had a bad experience until today which I didn’t expect anyone maybe half off or something but for him to be very inconsiderate caught me off guard I will not be going back to this Chick-fil-A!!

The breakfast was Awesome this morning for The Opening. I’m Happy Fredericksburg Has Chick-fil-A now so I don’t have to drive to kerrville.

Not a good location for delivery. Ordered at 11:00 with an estimated delivery time of 11:27-11:42. Finally moved to "preparing your order" at 11:38. Called at 11:52 because the status hadn't changed, was told my order was on the way and would be here soon. App status updated to on the way at 12:17. Finally received the food at 12:25. Nuggets and fries were cold, tea watered down, and milkshake almost completely melted. Delivery driver and manager were both nice, so they get 2 stars. I understand that its busy but if you don't have a delivery driver available, then wait to cook the food.

Ordered through the drive through. Order was accurate and efficient. Some of the best fast food chicken strips. Very good chicken livers for a fast food spot as well. Great fries.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ordered at 10am it's 12:15pm and I still haven't gotten my food. Manager admitted to it being their fault. No refund or anything was offered just that the food is on its way. We are a big office and always order there. All of our lunch's are at 11:45 and only 30mins. We all had to get other food here some of us didn't haven money to buy more and couldn't eat. It's a hospital setting so we can't just eat at our desk. I'm very disappointed! I can't believe the service. Then I get my order at 12:45pm and they forgot 2 of my orders. I called again and they said will do you want 2 other salads. It’s 1:50pm still waiting on my food.
