For the most part they are friendly & have the correct order once received, however, just a tip on gluten-free meals or the buns you have. You might want to educate your staff as to people w Celiac Sprue disease cannot have any wheat, bread or anything w gluten so usually when people ask you for the gluten-free bun you might want to then ask if they want the grilled chicken because we cannot eat the breaded chicken, this will save you and the customer time. I was told great things about chick-til-A however the food was just okay. Chicken sandwich was good and the potatoes were too greasy for my likings. Ordering and receiving my food was quick without any issues.
Note: This location is inside the USAA building and is not publicly accessible. Always a great meal at Chick-fil-A! This on-premises location has consistently great food that is on par (even occasionally above-par) with normal stand alone restaurants. Food is not and the staff is happ y to customize (cheese, extra pickles, etc.) the standard faire when asked. Always a line but, always worth the wait!
