My experience was awful. I’ve worked at Chick-fil-A before and this woman was beyond rude. I know the standards that Chick-fil-A has for their employees and it did not reflect in this woman. Miss Sarah, you are an ANGEL!! She always makes time for my daughter when we visit this location and they give each other the BIGGEST HUGS! Our first visit to this location in over a year was about a month ago, and Miss Sarah greeted us and made us feel like family instantly. I do hope Mr. Ryan Roberts see this message. In all the years I have been to your restaurant I have never been treated as I was today! Horrible - your manager Roslyn - is subpar and hates her job. I have a receipt where I ordered a salad with dressing. I got a salad no dressing. And it was curbside - and when I called I was cut off and told that I could have a BROWNIE!
