Absolutely the best Chic fil a!! Everyone here goes out of their way to make sure you have a good experience while there. Food is consistently good. Service is great and every one is very helpful and friendly from th moment you walk in!

Had a rough experience on Saturday night, December 13th. The manager was rude and disrespectful. She did not listen to anything with we had to say. Not returning. Not recommended to eat here. This is so unlike Chickfila.

Dine in: We were not greeted and waited several minutes until someone walked by and asked if we had been helped. She took our order, and we took our seats. She said our strawberry shake would be brought to our table. As we were seated, waiting on our food, an employee came by and told us the store was closing and asked if we wanted bags for our food?!?
Appalled, we asked for the manager to come and tell us. The manager approached with a nasty attitude and didn’t know the backstory, nor did she hear what we had to say. She was dismissive, very passive-aggressive, saying we were yelling at her when we weren’t. My husband asked her to please leave, and we were gonna eat, but she slammed our trays down in front of us. Other insignificant words were exchanged. I’m flabergasted at Chick-fil-A that this kind of lousy service is allowed and perpetuated.

shout out to Brenda!!! She got me some honey butter on my mini's (a game changer) even though you can't request it online. So she added it to my order after carry out / breakfast was ordered. sorry customers like me can be a pain, so thanks for going above with your help!! this location is the best in SA. ♡

One of the people taking orders at the drive thro, was having a long conversation with her “friend” I’m assuming. I had to wait until they are done with their convo, and two cars passed on the other side. And if you wait in line before 10:30am, and there’s a line..too bad, it’s your fault they are busy lol. It's our go to almost daily for lunch whole staff is amazing restaurant is super clean. By far the best place in San Antonio. Sara makes sure whether drive thru or dine in you leave smiling awesome woman and the whole staff has that vibe. Absolutely love this place

Cheated the sytem with a party of 3. Order breakfast at 1026. Waited about 3 minutes then ordered lunch for the rest of the party.
I'm tired of places like Chick-fil-a being stingy with their sauces. I order three meals and they give you one sauce per meal? Seriously people you make enough money to atleast give two or three per meal without people asking for it.

Chick Fil A at 10503 NW Military Hwy, San Antonio, TX 78231 is not what it used to be. It's very disappointing with it's portion shrinkage and noisy atmosphere.
I ordered 12 grilled nuggets and a side salad for $13.62 with tax, and was surprised by how small the portions were. The tiny nuggets came in a small half-filled bowl, and the salad felt more like a garnish than a side. For the price, I expected more substance.
The restaurant was packed—kids, families, lots of noise. It felt more like a school cafeteria than a place to enjoy a meal. I ended up doing takeout with my food just to escape the chaos.
I understand rising costs, but the value just isn’t there anymore. Other local spots offer far more food, excellent service and peace for the same price. Chick-fil-A may still have the brand recognition, but it’s charging premium prices for snack-sized portions.

This store is a class by itself. Everything they sell and everyone that works there are always polite and smiling. This is a reflection of how the staff is treated and that’s how we as customers get treated. I must frequent them 2-4 times a month.
