Employees stated they were out of some ingredients for breakfast. They offered to put some random things together and say it was similar to the item I was trying to order. On top of paying full price for something that wasn’t what I wanted. Management needs to correct this and the franchise owner should be made aware. Low/no inventory is not the customer’s fault, it’s the store’s.

Ordered breakfast for curbside this morning at 10:18 am got there about 10:28 am and they cancelled my order and told me “the system automatically cancels orders at 10:30 am”. Funny how people in the drive thru that ordered breakfast at 10:29 am actually got breakfast. Maybe don’t take curbside orders past a certain time for breakfast.

I was very disappointed with the food quality. It tasted like it was cooked in old or spoiled oil, and it didn’t feel fresh at all. Also, the prices are much higher compared to other places

Disappointed in my experience at this location. Apparently the “policy” for how many sauces can be given per order has changed. No signs, no communication, just changed at ordering. I asked the manager and apparently it was a corporate policy. I called to complain about how this was communicated and how it’s not even offered to purchase additional sauces. Well, the person on the phone made it clear it’s NOT a corporate policy. So the manager essentially lied. Since these locations are independently owned, it must be the owner of this location who is so hard up that 2 additional sauces really can’t be accommodated. I’m assuming it would be a real corporate policy to not allow people to purchase additional sauces because it’s never mentioned as an offer. I’d rather spend my money elsewhere where I know at the very least that I can purchase what I’m wanting. Not to mention I had purchased two entrees at this transaction. Additionally I had to ask for a refund on my fries because they were stale! Ultimately, I won’t be visiting this location anymore. I’ll take my business to Canes.
