The idea of mixing drive-thru and mobile orders in the drive-thru lane, is quite frankly an utter nightmare. The normal business model of pulling up and ordering a meal has added an unfortunate twist. The outside lane is for mobile orders ONLY. If you get in that line, you'll be asked to go around and order in the correct line. Yes! You'll wait the whole time in line to go to the front. Frustration 1) Not enough signage 2) No way to safely exit the drive-thru line to go around to the correct. There's much to love about Chic-Fil-A. But this is NOT one of them. I will forgo this establishment from now on.

I ordered delivery from this location, but I was missing the majority of my order. When I tried calling, there were problems getting in contact and it wouldn't connect me or they couldn't hear me. Something wrong with their phone lines as I called from 2 different phones

Iāve always appreciated Chick-fil-A for its quality and attention to detail, but recently, Iāve noticed some concerning changes. The sandwiches seem to have gotten smaller, which is disappointing considering the price point. The salads donāt taste as fresh as they used toāsmall, lackluster tomatoes and even a piece of plastic in my lettuce (likely from the bag) left me questioning the quality control.
It feels like corners are being cut, and unfortunately, the difference is noticeable in the taste and overall experience. I really hope these issues are addressed because Chick-fil-A has always stood out for its high standards, and I would love to see that level of excellence return.

Horrible experience, ordered a meal for my fiancĆ© and they forgot the chicken. On shift manger Grace wouldnāt take accountability and doubled down saying she ran a tight ship. How tight can it be when you forget the main point of CHICK-fil-a the chicken. Very upset.
