There was a baby roach on my drink and when I called the store they denied it being a roach and said it was an outdoor bug. I tried to explain that it’s a baby roach and requested a refund for my meal, was denied a refund and given a free drink through the app. Probably the last time I’ll go to this cfa, I understand a business never wants roaches and they’re pesky pests to get rid of… but the least they could do is give the customer their money back after discovering a roach with their meal /:

This location has very bad customer service, I placed an order for delivery 2 hours ago, i have called twice the guy who says he is the manager on the phone, keeps saying my order is on tbe way for the past 2 hrs. I work from home icant drive there, im very busy, I live 1.5 miles away. This is ridiculous! No excuse just kept saying on the way.

The idea of mixing drive-thru and mobile orders in the drive-thru lane, is quite frankly an utter nightmare. The normal business model of pulling up and ordering a meal has added an unfortunate twist. The outside lane is for mobile orders ONLY. If you get in that line, you'll be asked to go around and order in the correct line. Yes! You'll wait the whole time in line to go to the front. Frustration 1) Not enough signage 2) No way to safely exit the drive-thru line to go around to the correct. There's much to love about Chic-Fil-A. But this is NOT one of them. I will forgo this establishment from now on.
