Awful service. We got a sprite and immediately threw up and apparently this restaurant had been getting complaints about the sprite all day and never disclosed it to us. We went inside to get a new drink and they refused to give us a lemonade even though both me and my boyfriend threw up from the sprite. A literal cop had to get involved for them to give us a new drink. They didn't even go by their protocol and say "my pleasure". Incredibly rude staff. Absolutely disgusting service.

We had such an amazing experience! We had to place an order for 60 people. The catering line did not place our order which they say happens a lot, however the manager, Gorgia, was very understanding and helped get our order together quickly.
Probably the worst location I’ve visited in San Antonio. First time they give me the wrong size fries even though I paid for a large. Then they don’t make my sandwich correctly even though the receipt has it correct. Today was absolutely the worst I ordered a salad with grilled chicken nuggets. Got my order got home and guess what they forgot to put my chicken on the salad. Every time I’ve complained they always say something ridiculous like “oh that's weird” I don’t need a remake I just want my order correct when I order it. Won’t be back to this location.
