This is the only Chick-fil-A location that we go to in San Antonio because of the large playplace and Kristie the employee. Kristie is very kind, stops to talk with us, and has the best customer service that I've seen.

I donāt know what was going on tonight with this place but it was rough. Fries were cold and then I couldnāt get a refill on my lemonade because āthey didnāt do that hereā which I didnāt understand because all the other locations Iāve been too give me a refill no problem. Donāt know whatās going on here but everyone needs to get on the same pageā¦

Got 2 cups of ice with a little bit of lemonade, instead of the opposite. Didnāt even get me through the fries.
Came through the drive thru to pick up lunch for my wife and I. Wife got a salad they did not give her any utensils to eat with, I got nuggets and got no sauce. Waiting in the line some random person came up and handed us the order and left. Now my wife is mad because we spent money on food we can't eat.

I had a great experience at the chick fila on de Zavala untill I had a very rude interaction with a worker named Katherine I ordered breakfast and then I forgot a breakfast burrito so I went back up to get order Katherine started to ring me out and charged me for a breakfast burrito knowing breakfast was over at that point she let me purchase it and then turns around to tell me that I paid but canāt get it because breakfast was over it was two min after the time she was very rude about it another employee by her tried to step in to help see if we can still get it made it was just one burrito and the the worker Katherine had to rudely interrupted her to tell me thereās nothing they can do Katherine was very rude and didnāt even apologize for the inconvenience knowing she just ordered it for me I got to Chick-fil-A all the time and Iāve gotten breakfast after the time before for her to totally disregard the customer after it was a major mess up on there park and was very rude about it even though the sweet worker Gabriella tried still helping and for Katherine she should not be a manger at all she was not helpful at all and it was not a pleasure speaking to her definitely do better chick fil a

love coming to this Chick-fil-A! The service is always fast, friendly, and very attentive. The staff are super professional and always greet me with a smile, making the experience very pleasant. The food always arrives hot and delicious, especially the nuggets and lemonade, which are my favorites, they even have a well done option! Plus, they keep the place clean and well organized, which makes me want to come back again and again. Definitely one of the best places for fast food with quality! Highly recommended!
