Obviously the food is delicious, but they asked me to buy cookies for some cookie challenge they are doing. I don't remember the details. All o heard was cookies. I added the half dozen to my order, but I didn't get it in my drive through bag. I don't usually check my bag at chic-fil-a because they are normally thorough. Not a HUGE deal, but they were $10. So, it was a disappointment to get all the way home through San Antonio traffic, cookie-less.

They were decently kind for a chick. I did not get an 8 piece in a appropriate time (21 minutes) due to them talking with each other too much. I do support making convo with coworkers, but when it gets to the point where it distracts them from what needs to be done is a bit much. food is good at least.

Food is always hot and fresh! But the drive thru is a mess! I dont understand why you built 2 lanes if you dont use it. I always use mobile orders in the mornings and im still waiting in the long lane.

Let me just say this, this location is GREAT for services and attitude. There is NOTHING WRONG with the employees that work here and they are doing their best!
Now that the disclaimer is out of the way; I'm hoping to push this through the franchises and maybe corporate themselves; the breakfast protein portions are so unacceptable.
I paid 9$ for 3 spicy filets and the patties were SMALLER then a napkin and also two 5pc kid meals. This is by no fault to the workers. I also cannot stand how DoorDash handles stuff, all they could do was refund me $5.41, which wasn't even the cost for the delivery fee. Unfortunately because of the shrinking of portions and the rising cost of living in all aspects. I'll have to just stop eating at Chick-fil-A all together. Which is sad because I really love their spicy fillets; but these are SMALLER then the last time I ordered breakfast proteins.
Make the portions bigger; I don't care if it's breakfast or not. McDonald's got the same patties for all times of the day and they're known to be trash, but at least they are consistent.

ELITE SERVICE AND FOOD!!! The people here absolutely embody the spirit of Chick-fil-A. They always deliver the very best!
Come to think of it, I'm begining to like this place. Those chicken strips are mad Delicious. The service behind the counter, are superb. Friendly staff. Very clean and nice decorations. Not too far from 1604. There's a lot of businesses in the area to go to. The price is right. Keep up the good work. God bless you all
