If I could give this place no stars I would. There were literally 9 employees standing around doing nothing and they still left an order of fries out of our bag. Just pathetic.

Usually my breakfast is very good but today the fries were cold and obviously old. Very disappointed. I like to frequent this restaurant so I am letting you know I expect a better product.

I usually have great experiences at Chick-fil-A, but today’s (2/12) curbside pickup was extremely disappointing. Just before 1 PM, I went to pick up my order with a friend who also had one. When the employee brought out our drinks, she had one precariously balanced on top of the carrier. As she handed them over, the drink tipped over, spilling completely into my car. My left sleeve was soaked, my interior door panel was covered, and a huge, sticky puddle formed under my seat, even reaching the back—especially frustrating since I’ve barely had this car for a week.

What made it worse was the lack of concern. She just said a quick "sorry," grabbed a few napkins and a replacement drink, then walked back inside without offering to help. My friend had to go inside to get more napkins while I sat there dealing with the mess. I would have spoken to a manager, but I was on a short lunch break. When we called later, the manager, Jessica, said she’d talk to the employee but wasn’t sure what else she could do.

Chick-fil-A prides itself on customer service with their “second mile service” and commitment to going above and beyond for guests. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short. It felt like speed was prioritized over genuine hospitality and care. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled makes all the difference. A little more empathy and effort to make it right would have gone a long way.

Shakes don’t fully taste the same as usual. But I keep ordering cause they aren’t bad either. Decent prices and amount of food I guess. Wish all other companies was off on sundays too. Really bad or sucky thing is that they don’t care about the military and offer a discount. Maybe I should stop going here and tell all my friends and family including military families to stop going here till they offer a discount for us veterans/military!

Had the worst fries I've ever had at Chicfila and probably anywhere else. They were hard and my jaw was hurting after chewing one. It really ruins your meal when your fries suck.

Place if your typical Chick-fil-A, just with a larger drive thru and smaller parking area. This does create a parking issue where it can be extremely difficult to find a parking spot and it almost tries to make you go in the drive-thru. If it gets busy, the drive thru will block the parking, making it a real issue. Combine that with an abnormally large number of people that do not park correctly and it gets irritating.

When I do order to-go for staff lunches, and the food is still warm after a 10 minute drive. They don't over pack your food and offer drink holders as well. They also aren't stingy with the sauces unlike some other Chick-fil-A spots.

Our order was sent to the wrong table where it sat for 15 mins. Manager was rude when we asked where our food was, told us it was our fault it wasn't sent to our table and didn't want to remake the order. Food was cold, buns on sandwich were stale. There was plastic in the mac & cheese. This Chick-fil-a has really gone downhill. I wouldn't eat here.

Horrible I ask for sauce 2 times extra and they give me no sauce I call and I show how easy it is to read a ticket and I get called disrespectful and hung up on what customer service! shows these family owned franchised businesses don't care about their customers. If I could give zero stars I would.

I ordered for curbside waited there for a while. Then when I got to my destination I saw my salad was missing the dressing, granola nuts, roasted almonds and utensils. I had to eat my all plain.

Quick breakfast stop. One table of females was loud. Talking, laughing, and singing in a valley girl lingo.
