Ok, the food is like always great, but the service from the girl named Summer is the worst she is working with an attitude, she forgets that she works at Chick-fil-A, you always expect to be treated with dignity and respect they are always nice, so this girl needs a lot of training……

Came here for the indoor playground and I’m a nervous mother always watching to make sure the kids are getting along. An employee named “Pops”, with a genuine grandfather-like assurance, noticed my hypervigilance and gave me the inside scoop on how the playroom doors are strategically weighted so that toddlers need assistance to get out. Furthermore, the actual restaurant doors are even more weighted to provide an added difficulty level for the older kids as well. This was our first visit to this location and I’ll most likely go out of our way to come to this location again as we don’t have any family in town and this sort of small town comfort level is hard to come by these days.The food was freshly made and easy to order through the app so I could sit near the playroom and wait for the food to be brought to my numbered table.
We went through the drive through and order for my family of 5. The person who took our order was very rude, as if we were taking too long, which we didn’t because we order the exact same thing every single time. Upon coming to the window, the girl who took our order continuously looked over to our car and rolled her eyes. The girl at the window also had an attitude as well, Mia. After running payment, she just handed our card back without saying anything and if I hadn’t told my husband to grab the card, she probably would still have her hand out for him to grab it. At one point, the girl at the window said something to a separate girl that was bagging our food, in which she said “Who?” And the girl at the window nodded her head towards the window which caused the bagging girl to look at us. The bagging girl then said something and cursed. Lastly, my son’s nuggets had a piece of black hair that was about 7 inches long. The customer service would get a 0 if I could give it. This is by far the worst Chik-fil-A that we have ever been to. It is clear that extra training should be conducted for quality customer service and professionalism.

I had the biggest order and Matt was extremely helpful and patient with me and all the modifications I had. I was greeted by a sweet girl at the window, she asked how my day was. The Manager went up to the window as well and greeted me with a huge smile. Love Chick-fil-A in general but today was extra special!
